Great family owned neighborhood restaurant. The tacos are so delicious and not ridiculously expensive like most places. They are as authentic as Mexican food gets and I haven't had any issues since I've been coming here. Great service as well always super respectful and very fast service!

The food is delicious. My go to will always be the carne asada tacos. The service is quick and efficient, they are nice too. The ambiance is authentic mexican restaurant. A must

This place is quite good. Looks like a neighborhood kitchen and tastes great like it. Very healthy portion of guacamole. In my opinion could use a little seasoning, my lady dressed ours up. The chicken tacos were good and moist, well seasoned. The steak torta was the star for me thought. I'm usually a big eater so I was surprised when it filled me up with one. Everything was tasty, thanks a lot!

Loved that tripas and lengua tacos are on the menu and you don't have to ask! They will ask if you want your tripas crispy. The carne asada taco was okay but not the best I've had. Wish they had the more traditional salsa verde! And there was no pickled veggies on the side of the table. The horchata was SO good!! The service was great and workers are very attentive and accommodating! Ambiance is very typical of a local taco joint. They have their own parking lot in the back of their restaurant, not to be confused with the parking lot on the side.

Yes don't be fooled by the outside appearance of this little gem. Very clean inside and the waitresses were friendly and fast. The gorditas were delicious I preferred the pastor over the asada. The horchata was SO GOOD, it's a little different from any horchata I've ever had, it had vanilla or something whatever it is it's so dang good!

Bomb azz tacos. I get mine well done and they're always on point. They put a decent amount of meat and are definitely worth the money.

This is authentic Mexican cuisine at its finest. We ordered takeout and I am usually do not write reviews, but they deserve some recognition for the delicious food! We ordered: 1. Burrito Asada 2. Al pastor sope 3. Asada Gordita 4. Al pastor tacos 5. Carne asada tacos 6. Rice and Beans 7. Large Horchata Hands down the best Horchata I've ever had in the state of Illinois! Not to sweet, perfect consistency, on point flavor. The meats in all the above mentioned items were fresh, seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Outside of Mexico, this is the only place I'll be going to for authentic Mexican cuisine. Excellent food. I can't wait till things open up again to dine in person!
